Thermal printing is a digital printing process which produces a printed image by small heated pins form characters on heat-sensitive paper. A thermal printer functioned with these key components:
·         Thermal head that generates heat and  prints on paper
·         Platen: a rubber roller that feeds paper
·         Spring , it applies pressure to the thermal head, causing it to contact the thermosensitive paper
·         Controller boards that controlling the mechanism
