On 1 August 2016, Lenovo launched the Vibe K5 Note in India. The device is offered in two variants in India - 3 GB RAM and 4GB RAM. It's powered by MediaTek's Helio P10 octa-core processor and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. Lenovo Vibe K5 Note, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone and the successor of the K4 Note.Since it has 450 nits of brightness and 1000:1 contrast ratio, it is bright and the sunlight legibility is good. Unlike the K4 Note that has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, Lenovo VIBE K5 Note just has a scratch resistant to prevent the display from scratches. Here are some of its other features:
· 5.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels at a
PPI of 401 pixels per inch
· The 8MP front-facing camera is good for selfies and video chats - colors are vibrant
and the images are sharp as well

· Nice metal unibody design and brushed metal finish - feels good to hold
· Good battery life - a definite improvement over the K4 Note - lasts a full day
· Fast fingerprint sensor
· Thanks to Dolby Atmos, Wolfson WM8281 audio codec and 1.5W speaker,
loudspeaker output is good and clear even in full volume.
